IT BEGINS WITH A FACILITY ASSESSMENT AND CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLAN

First, let's understand your chapter house's needs today. What repairs need to be done immediately to be ready for move-n? Our Facility Assessment can help define a plan of attack so you're able to meet member's needs and expectations for comfort and safety.

Next, we'll inspect and document your facility and its systems, analyze the estimated useful life of each major system and provide estimated replacement costs for systems and components. We'll also project your expected replacement needs for the next five years. From this information, you'll receive a comprehensive Capital Improvement Plan to ensure you have the knowledge and time to plan for larger, more capital-intensive projects.

DAMAGE REDUCTION PROGRAM

The most common problem and greatest financial loss in most chapters is from failing to hold the members accountable for the damages they do to the facility.

Our Damage Reduction Program is a valuable add-on to help hold your members accountable, manage your organization, and ensure its future. A comprehensive move-in and move-out process, along with regular facility inspections help eliminate waste and hold your members accountable for damages. That means your money can be spent on improvements, not damage repairs.

Our clients typically see a 30% reduction of repair costs and reinvest $40,000 to $100,000 per year back into their chapter house.
