We take a personal approach with our clients. Sure, there are self-serve options so you're informed and can work when it's convenient for YOU, but we also have a trained team of resources ready for your call when trouble arises or you simply have a question.
Through the years, we've come across pretty much every scenario and have learned how to establish a stable chapter environment. Each month, our facility managers and operations managers join a call with our clients' chapter, alumni, and/or national contacts to talk about the facility, budgets, and other operational items so we can stay ahead of any issues before they become a problem and plan for improvements with enough time for a smooth implementation.
